- The Customer Interaction Center system is modernizing to serve you better! The Telephone and Email functions of DESX have been integrated with the DLA Customer Interaction Center (CIC); the new name for telephone and email functions is:
DLA Auto Agent.
The DLA Auto Agent is an automated computer system for tracking DoD supply requisitions and inventory items, and for placing or modifying DoD requisitions.
The Auto Agent is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. |
